Lamaze Childbirth Education
Lamaze classes for confident & informed birthing
Lamaze Childbirth Education classes are based on 6 Healthy Practices promoting recent evidence-based birth practices. These 6 Healthy Birth Practices have been adopted by the World Health Organization. Lamaze's three key pillars are: Evidence-Based, Respectful, and Transformative.
"Lamaze education helps birthing parents to be confident, trust their innate ability to give birth, and make informed decisions about pregnancy, birth, chest/breastfeeding, and parenting."
As a Lamaze Trainee, I work with parents to build their confidence in physiological birth, to educate them on their birthing options, and to make the best evidence-based decision for their families.

Postpartum Doula Services
Compassionate support during your fourth trimester and beyond
What is a Postpartum Doula?
A postpartum doula provides emotional, physical, and educational support to families during the postpartum period. My services include postpartum support through birth debriefing, lactation support, newborn support and care, breath and movement for recovery (optional), assistance for postpartum parents, postpartum education, light house cleaning, ability to assist with older children, and postpartum mood disorder resources. Services are highly individualized based on the needs of the family.
My training is through Childbirth International, which is accredited by the Western Association of Schools and Colleges (WASC). I am currently a trainee finishing my certification.
